2024 Shanghai Science&Technology 35 Under 35
奖项背景
2024年在市人才局、市科技工作党委、团市委和市青联指导下，由市青年科技人才协会主办，开展第四届“上海科技青年35人引领计划”（上海科技35U35）评选活动。本次评选将分别从世界科技前沿、经济主战场、国家重大需求、人民生命健康等战略方向，选拔35名获奖者，15名提名获奖者的青年科技领军人才。
2024 Shanghai S&T 35U35 (S&T35) is guided by the Shanghai Municipal Talents Bureau, Shanghai
Science &Technology Working Committee of Chinese Communist Party, Shanghai Committee of Chinese
Communist Youth League and Shanghai Youth Federation, hosted by Shanghai Association of Young
Talents in Science & Technology. Altogether 35 winners and 15 nominated winners stand out among
the young science and technology talents each year, based on four strategic dimensions, namely,
Global Frontiers of Science and Technology, National Economic Development, Major Needs of the
Country, and Health and Safety of the People.

报名流程
申报：参评者进行线上申报（同步进行形式审查）;
初评及公示：将申报选手根据技术领域分成若干小组，每组一般由5-7人组成，根据小同行专家评审原则，由若干小同行专家对每组选手进行函评，得出100位终评候选人，并公示候选名单；
终评：根据100位初评候选人的参评方向，邀请两院院士、高校校长、资深教授、知名企业CEO、CTO等专家担任评审，开展最终面评，遴选出35名最终获奖者和15名提名获奖者；
审定及公示：报请指导单位审定评选结果，并按程序公示拟授奖名单；
颁奖典礼：揭晓最终获奖名单，邀请获奖代表演讲。
Registration Process
Application: Applicants make an online application
(qualification review is carried out during the same period).
Preliminary evaluation and Announcement:
Experts preliminarily evaluate the applicants gruop by technical field and select 100 candidates
for
the final evaluation.
Final evaluation: Academicians of the Chinese Academy of
Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering, university presidents, senior professors, CEOs of
well-known enterprises, CTOs and other experts will be invited to serve as judges based on the
participation directions of 100 preliminary evaluation candidates. Conduct a final face-to-face
evaluation and select 35 final winners and 15 nominated winners.
Approval and Announcement: Submit the results of
selection forapproval by the guiding bodies, and release the list of proposed winners as perthe
procedure.
Award Ceremony: Announce the final list of winners and
invitesome of the winners to give speeches.
